This book systematically expounds the scientific connotation and major theoretical and practical significance of the green and low-carbon circular development economic system. A quantitative measurement method for the construction level of the green and low-carbon circular development economic system was established, and the evaluation was carried out at the provincial level. Based on the research and analysis, the construction practice of green and low-carbon circular development economic system in four typical cities of Taizhou, Weihai, Liupanshui and Neijiang was summarized. Then, three typical green and low-carbon circular development economic system construction models of green economy-led, low-carbon economy and circular economy were extracted, and the common construction experience and common difficulties and challenges were summarized.
