中国，一点都不能少：跨国企业遵守“一个中国”原则状况观察

内容简介

本书为“跨国企业尊重‘一个中国’原则状况观察”调研报告，由中国社会科学院法学研究所支振锋研究员与北京大学新媒体研究院田丽副教授共同发起和实施，主要从世界500强企业官方网站对我国港澳台地区的标识情况切入，观察相关企业对“一个中国”原则的遵守情况。经过2018年、2019年连续两年观察，课题组发现，以世界500强企业为代表的跨国公司遵守“一个中国”原则的情况极其不容乐观，我国应采取措施，着力依法解决其中存在的问题。

This book is a research report on "Observation on the Respect of the 'One China' Principle by Multinational Enterprises", jointly initiated and implemented by Zhi Zhenfeng, researcher at the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and Tian Li, associate professor of the Institute of New Media of Peking University, mainly starting from the official websites of the world's top 500 enterprises on the identification of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in China, and observing the compliance of relevant enterprises with the "one China" principle. After two consecutive years of observation in 2018 and 2019, the research group found that the compliance of multinational companies represented by the world's top 500 enterprises with the "one China" principle is extremely unoptimistic, and China should take measures to solve the problems in accordance with the law.
