课堂教学质量的提高，有赖于教学过程和教学效果的同步最优化。本书围绕“如何有机衔接中学的中国近现代史和大学的‘中国近现代史纲要’之间的关系”这一问题，思考如何将学生的需求点与教师的着力点有机结合，探讨构建“回溯提升教学模式”的实施条件、基本理念等，提出“对中学历史课的四维多向回溯法”“对大学思政课的两线（方法线和内容线）多维提升法”的构建路径，致力于回答两个问题：一是教师为什么教/如何教/如何教好，二是学生为什么学/如何学/如何学好。

The improvement of classroom teaching quality depends on the synchronous optimization of teaching process and teaching effect. Focusing on the question of "how to organically connect the relationship between modern Chinese history in middle school and the 'outline of modern and modern Chinese history' in universities", this book thinks about how to organically combine students' needs with teachers' focus points, discusses the implementation conditions and basic concepts of building a "retrospective improvement teaching model", puts forward the construction path of "four-dimensional multi-directional retrospective method for middle school history courses" and "two-line (method line and content line) multi-dimensional improvement method for university ideological and political courses", and is committed to answering two questions: first, why / how do teachers teach/ How to teach well, the second is why students learn/how to learn/how to learn well.
