The compilation of this book was presided over by Comrade Zhang Guanzi, Director of the Personnel Education Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and attended by cadres and scholars from the Personnel Education Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the International Cooperation Bureau, the Information and Information Institute, the Institute of Financial Strategy, the Institute of World Economy and Politics, the Institute of Population and Labor Economics, the Urban and Competitiveness Research Center, and the Chinese Academy of Education Sciences.
