本书在“两个一百年”奋斗目标的历史交汇期,探讨教育在打赢脱贫攻坚战,全面建成小康社会中的作用。分析了教育扶贫的基本理论内涵,描绘了自我国大规模有针对性的扶贫开发以来,教育扶贫政策的历史变迁图景。通过对相关评价理论进行研究,确定了教育扶贫政策效果的评价思路,并对其实施情况进行评价,分析了政策效果与薄弱环节。在此基础上,对教育扶贫的中国特点与经验进行总结,并展望了2020年后的教育扶贫政策。针对中国已脱贫地区教育发展的不平衡不充分实际,结合发达国家“教育扶贫”政策的发展历史分析,提出了摆脱绝对贫困之后我国教育扶贫政策的战略升级构想。

At the historical intersection of the "two centenary goals", this book discusses the role of education in winning the battle against poverty and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way. This paper analyzes the basic theoretical connotation of education poverty alleviation, and depicts the historical changes of education poverty alleviation policy since the large-scale targeted poverty alleviation and development in our country. Through the study of relevant evaluation theories, the evaluation ideas of the effect of education poverty alleviation policies were determined, and their implementation was evaluated, and the policy effects and weak links were analyzed. On this basis, the characteristics and experience of education poverty alleviation in China are summarized, and the education poverty alleviation policy after 2020 is prospected. In view of the unbalanced and insufficient reality of education development in China's poverty-stricken areas, combined with the historical analysis of the development history of the "education poverty alleviation" policy in developed countries, the strategic upgrading concept of China's education poverty alleviation policy after getting rid of absolute poverty is proposed.(AI翻译)
