本书是厦门大学师生对闽、桂、鄂、陕4省12县（区）30个村庄进行实地调查基础完成的，探讨当前全面深化改革背景下的农村发展的若干重要问题，包括农村集体林权制度改革从注重“经济效益”向注重“生态发展”转型，对林改后林下经济发展的状况进行了多角度的比较分析。书稿还对当前农村基层自治的能力和结构进行了调查研究，对农村“三化”（空心化、老龄化、兼业化）背景下的基层组织现状及面临的困境进行分析，并提出若干对策建议。

This book is completed by teachers and students of Xiamen University on the basis of field investigation of 30 villages in 12 counties (districts) in 4 provinces of Fujian, Gui, Hubei and Shaanxi, and discusses several important issues of rural development under the background of comprehensively deepening reform, including the transformation of the reform of the rural collective forest tenure system from focusing on "economic benefits" to focusing on "ecological development", and conducting a multi-angle comparative analysis of the economic development of underforest after forest reform. The manuscript also investigates and studies the current capacity and structure of rural grassroots autonomy, analyzes the current situation and difficulties faced by grassroots organizations under the background of rural "three modernizations" (hollowing, aging, and part-timeization), and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
