本书是厦门大学师生对闽、桂、鄂、陕4省12县（区）30个村庄进行实地调查基础完成的，探讨当前全面深化改革背景下的农村发展的若干重要问题，包括农村集体林权制度改革从注重“经济效益”向注重“生态发展”转型，对林改后林下经济发展的状况进行了多角度的比较分析。书稿还对当前农村基层自治的能力和结构进行了调查研究，对农村“三化”（空心化、老龄化、兼业化）背景下的基层组织现状及面临的困境进行分析，并提出若干对策建议。

This book is completed by teachers and students of Xiamen University on the basis of field investigation of 30 villages in 12 counties (districts) in 4 provinces of Fujian, Gui, Hubei and Shaanxi, and discusses several important issues of rural development under the background of comprehensively deepening reform, including the transformation of the reform of the rural collective forest tenure system from focusing on "economic benefits" to focusing on "ecological development", and conducting a multi-angle comparative analysis of the economic development of underforest after forest reform. 贺东航，1967年出生，厦门大学特聘教授、博士生导师，中国特色社会主义研究中心首席专家、国家社科基金重大项目首席专家、福建省科学社会主义学会副会长、教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者、福建省“百人计划”入选者、福建省哲学社会科学领军人才、第十四届全国大学生“挑战杯”特等奖优秀指导教师、“宝钢优秀教师奖”荣誉获得者，主要从事中国模式与中国发展道路、农村改革与基层治理，已经出版多部著作，存《中国社会科学》等刊物发表各类研究论文100多篇。2015年9月入选为马克思主义研究领域（2005-2014年）十年问高被引作者榜，位列第九。
