本书以低碳农业生产率为切人点,围绕其时序演变规律、空间分异特征及影响机理展开了系统性探索。研究发现:我国低碳农业生产率增长总体偏慢,且主要依赖于农业前沿技术的进步而非农业技术效率的改善;同时呈现较为明显的空间非均衡性,即东部最高、中部次之、西部最低,目前地区差距正逐步缩小并表现出分散化的区域集聚特征。影响我国低碳农业生产率变化的因素虽处于不断变化之中,但与产业结构调整关联不大;而生产实践中的低碳农业技术采纳与否主要受户主个人特征影响。在推进低碳农业发展的过程中,既要注重宏观政策体系与中观协同机制的构建与完善,也需关注农户低碳农业生产技术的选择偏好。

Climate change is one of the most serious global environmental problems facing human society. While there has been academic debate about the causes and effects of climate change, it is undeniable that the increase in greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere is an important factor in this change. The secondary and tertiary sectors are the leading contributors to carbon emissions, but fast-growing agriculture is also an important contributor to accelerating climate change. Today, when agricultural carbon emissions continue to rise and the demand for greenhouse gas emission reduction is becoming stronger, it is urgent to develop low-carbon agriculture. But at the same time, how much do we know about low-carbon agriculture? What is the level of low-carbon agricultural development in China in recent years, what is the change trajectory and development trend? What are the differences in the efficiency of low-carbon agriculture between provinces, and is it spatially convergent? What are the key factors leading to changes in China's low-carbon agricultural productivity? Obviously, an effective interpretation of these issues will help enhance our macro understanding of the development status and basic characteristics of low-carbon agriculture in China, and then combine theory and practice to build a more reasonable policy system, laying a solid foundation for accelerating the pace of low-carbon agricultural development in China and implementing the policy of ecological civilization construction. In view of this, this book takes low-carbon agriculture as the research object, first systematically combs through the relevant literature at home and abroad, and reviews and summarizes some important concepts and related theories involved in it to ensure the foundation of research. Then, the carbon emissions/carbon sinks of China's agriculture are comprehensively accounted for and their spatial and temporal characteristics are analyzed, which enhances our macro understanding on the one hand, and more importantly, provides data support for the measurement of low-carbon agricultural productivity. On this basis, based on agricultural carbon emissions, agricultural carbon sinks and agricultural input-output data, the productivity of low-carbon agriculture in China is systematically calculated, and its growth source, temporal evolution law, regional differentiation characteristics, dynamic evolution and convergence are deeply explored. Then, the macro factors affecting the productivity growth of low-carbon agriculture in China and the micro mechanism of the adoption of low-carbon agricultural technologies were analyzed, and the key drivers leading to the change of low-carbon agriculture level were explored. Finally, on the basis of summarizing and learning from the development experience of low-carbon agriculture abroad, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward in a targeted manner, in order to provide necessary data support and theoretical basis for China to better practice the concept of ecological civilization and promote the development of low-carbon agriculture. Specifically, the research content of this book is mainly divided into five parts: literature review and theoretical basis (chapters 1 and 2), analysis of the status quo of agricultural carbon emissions/carbon sinks (chapter 3), measurement of low-carbon agricultural productivity and its temporal and spatial characteristics (chapters 4 and 5), analysis of influencing factors of low-carbon agricultural productivity and technology adoption (chapter 6), and construction of low-carbon agricultural development policy system (chapters 7, 8 and 9).(AI翻译)
