《中国农村发展报告2018》共分5大部分，包括总报告、综合篇、经济发展篇、社会发展篇、生态环境篇。总报告紧紧围绕着2018年中央一号文件，以中国特色社会主义乡村振兴道路为主题；综合篇包括4个专题，除了既定的中国农村发展综合指数之外，还有农业农村现代化标准问题、农民增收与福祉改善、城乡融合发展等方面的内容；经济发展篇包括5个专题，涵盖了国家粮食安全、产业兴旺、农村集体经济、投融资以及农民专业合作社等方面；社会发展篇则涵盖了乡村振兴的人才、乡风文明、乡村治理以及城乡教育公平等方面；生态环境篇涵盖了美丽宜居乡村、农村生活垃圾、生活污水治理以及农业绿色发展的方面。

The China Rural Development Report 2018 is divided into five major parts, including the General Report, the Comprehensive Part, the Economic Development Part, the Social Development Part, and the Ecological Environment Part. The General Report is tightly focused on the No. 1 Document of the Central Government of 2018, with the theme of the road of socialist rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics; the Synthesis Chapter includes 4 topics, including the standard issues of modernization of agriculture and rural areas, the increase of farmers' incomes and improvement of their well-being, and urban-rural integration and development, in addition to the established Comprehensive Index of China's Rural Development; the Economic Development Chapter consists of 5 topics, covering the areas of national food security, industrial prosperity The economic development chapter includes five topics, covering national food security, industrial prosperity, rural collective economy, investment and financing, and farmers' professional cooperatives; the social development chapter covers talents for rural revitalization, rural civilization, rural governance, and urban-rural education equity; and the ecological environment chapter covers beautiful and livable villages, rural household waste and sewage management, and green agricultural development.
