本书针对目前相关研究普遍忽视组织信任(系统信任)的事实,以员工组织信任“前因—效应—作用”为主线,并以湖南省的251位企业员工作为研究对象,通过文献研究和问卷调查,主要运用结构方程模型、多元回归分析等研究方法,重点讨论中国情境下员工组织信任的影响因素、中介效应以及影响作用。本书研究成果在一定程度上丰富和推进了组织信任的研究,在实践上能够为组织提高员工信任水平提供参考建议。

Aiming at the fact that organizational trust (system trust) is generally ignored in relevant research, this book takes the "antecedent-effect-role" of employee organizational trust as the main line, and takes 251 enterprise employees in Hunan Province as the research object, through literature research and questionnaire survey, mainly using structural equation model, multiple regression analysis and other research methods, focusing on the influencing factors, mediating effect and influencing role of employee organizational trust in the Chinese context. The research results of this book enrich and promote the research of organizational trust to a certain extent, and can provide reference suggestions for organizations to improve the level of employee trust in practice.(AI翻译)
