充分剖析世界产业发展的新趋势、新特征和新挑战是进行产业发展的重要基础，同时还需要对中国培育发展战略性新兴产业进行跟踪研究，以把握战略性新兴产业发展的水平和动态，有效破解战略性新兴产业发展过程中出现的新问题。作为国家社会科学基金重大课题“世界产业发展新趋势及我国培育发展战略性新兴产业跟踪研究”立项项目，本课题研究着重对以上问题进行系统性梳理、归纳与分析

Fully analyzing the new trends, new characteristics and new challenges of world industrial development is an important foundation for industrial development, and it is also necessary to conduct follow-up research on China's cultivation of strategic emerging industries, so as to grasp the level and dynamics of the development of strategic emerging industries and effectively solve new problems in the development process of strategic emerging industries. As a major project of the National Social Science Foundation of China "New Trends of World Industrial Development and Tracking Research on China's Cultivation of Strategic Emerging Industries", this research project focuses on systematically sorting, summarizing and analyzing the above issues

肖兴志，教授、经济学博士、博士生导师，现任东北财经大学副校长产业经济学重点学科带头人兼任全国产业经济学一级学术团体――中国工业经济学会常务副理事长、学术委员会委员产业组织评论主编。肖兴志教授系享受国务院特殊津贴专家、新世纪百千万人才工程重量人选、教育部新世纪很好人才、辽宁省特聘教授曾荣获教育部高等学校科学研究很好成果奖、蒋一苇企业改革与发展学术基金很好论文奖等学术奖励。主要从事产业经济学、规制经济学等领域的研究。主持国家社会科学基金重大招标项目、国家自然科学基金项目、霍英东青年教师基金项目、教育部人文社科重点研究基地重大项目、国家发展和改革委员会公开招标项目等课题研究。出版产业经济学、现代规制经济分析、中国煤矿安全规制：理论与实证、中国战略性新兴产业发展研究等专著和教材。
