This book focuses on the core issue of China's internationalization strategic decision-making in the digital economy era, and the whole book mainly consists of five topics: the impact of big data on corporate strategic decision-making, the response of enterprise internationalization organization, the speed of enterprise internationalization, the international innovation of enterprises, and the internationalization practice of enterprises in the digital era. First, the impact of cutting-edge technologies such as big data on the internationalization decision-making of enterprises was discussed in depth. Secondly, from the perspectives of international speed and innovation strategy, it answers how Chinese enterprises can cope with the challenges of digitalization. Finally, some practical enlightenments for promoting the internationalization of Chinese enterprises are summarized.
