高等院校是中国管理学研究的核心主体，其专业研究能力和水平，在很大程度上会影响中国管理学的发展进程。本研究在2012—2013年管理学研究力评价报告的基础上，进一步理清论文分类的结构和内涵，对比2014年和2015年的数据，对250多所高等院校在管理学整体，工商管理及其子学科即企业理论与管理理论、战略管理、财务管理、市场营销管理、创新管理、组织与运营管理、人力资源管理、企业文化与社会责任，以及管理科学与工程方面的研究力进行了详细的评价，评估研究力指数和排名的变化，为中国高等院校提升管理学研究力提供参考。

张小宁，中国社会科学院工业经济研究所研究员，中国企业管理研究会常务理事。主要从事企业管理、管理理论、分配模式、效益评估等方面的研究。曾参与多项国家级研究课题和院所级研究课题，以及国家部委和企业委托的重要项目，在《管理世界》《中国工业经济》《世界经济》《科学学与科学技术管理》《经济管理》等核心期刊发表论文多篇。
