家风家训与乡风文明建设：山西闻喜裴柏村的个案研究

本书以山西省运城市闻喜县礼元镇裴柏村一“宰相村”为个案，探究一个村落绵延两千多年而不衰的动力所在。“宰相村”是裴氏家族的祖居地。作为地方望族,裴氏家族自秦汉魏晋兴起，历六朝而盛，至隋唐而盛极，五代以后，余芳犹存。裴氏家族历经两千多年而不衰,一个重要原因是形成了“重教守训、崇文尚武、德业并举、廉洁自律”的家训文化。春风化雨，润物无声。当下，传统家训作为训诫、教化民众的有效方式，是国家精神文明建设、乡风文明建设的重要依托载体。优秀家风家训的良性传承，可以为国家精神文明建设、乡风文明建设以及村落社会治理提供源源不断的精神动力。

This book takes a "prime minister's village" in Peibai Village, Liyuan Town, Wenxi County, Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province, as a case study, to explore the driving force of a village that has lasted for more than 2,000 years. "Prime Minister Village" is the ancestral home of the Pei family. As a local prominent family, the Pei family rose from the Qin, Han, Wei and Jin dynasties, flourished in six dynasties, and flourished in the Sui and Tang dynasties, and after five generations, Yu Fang still exists. An important reason why the Pei family has survived for more than 2,000 years is the formation of a family training culture of "emphasizing education and discipline, advocating culture and martial arts, promoting both morality and deeds, and honesty and self-discipline". Spring breeze turns into rain, moisturizing and silent. At present, traditional family training, as an effective way to admonish and educate the people, is an important carrier for the construction of national spiritual civilization and rural style civilization. The benign inheritance of excellent family style and family discipline can provide a steady stream of spiritual power for the construction of national spiritual civilization, the construction of rural style civilization and the social governance of villages.
