海外并购、逆向知识转移与创新绩效

内容简介

　《海外并购、逆向知识转移与创新绩效》从后发企业的角度，聚焦中国企业创造性资产寻求型跨国并购，通过深度访谈和问卷调查，广泛收集第一手资料，在理论分析、案例研究、实证检验的基础上，深入探索我国企业创造性资产寻求型跨国并购中的制度环境差异、逆向知识转移机制、创新绩效影响机制等重要问题，为提升我国企业创造性资产寻求型跨国并购的效果提出相关建议。由于这一研究特别重视对中国企业后发特征的探索，力图揭示缺乏垄断优势的中国企业对发达国家企业知识型并购的成功条件和作用机制，因而，其研究成果将会对跨国企业理论发展起到积极的促进作用。

“Overseas M&A, Reverse Knowledge Transfer and Innovation Performance” focuses on Chinese enterprises‘ creative asset seeking cross-border mergers and acquisitions from the perspective of late-developing enterprises. Through in-depth interviews and questionnaires, first-hand information is collected extensively. On the basis of theoretical analysis, case studies and empirical testing, this study explores in depth important issues such as the differences in the institutional environment, the mechanism of reverse knowledge transfer, and the impact mechanism of innovation performance in Chinese enterprises’ creative asset seeking cross-border mergers and acquisitions. It puts forward relevant suggestions for improving the effectiveness of Chinese enterprises' creative asset seeking cross-border mergers and acquisitions. As this research places particular emphasis on exploring the characteristics of late-movers in Chinese enterprises, it seeks to reveal the conditions for success and the mechanism of action of knowledge-based mergers and acquisitions by Chinese enterprises that lack monopoly advantages. Therefore, the research results will play a positive role in promoting the development of multinational enterprise theory.
