《中国上市公司治理若干问题研究》借助现代金融经济理论和计量经济工具，对如何对公司管理人员进行有效的激励、如何安排董事会结构以提高公司业绩、公司治理结构对该公司股票的风险以及股价的信息传导效率又有何影响等八个方面的重点和热点的问题进行实证研究，提出自己的看法和建议。具体内容包括高管激励体系对公司业绩影响的实证研究、中国上市公司高管薪酬与公司业绩相关关系研究、股权激励与公司治理结构对公司绩效的相互作用、上市公司股权激励计划有效吗、董事会治理，股权集中度与中国商业银行绩效的实证研究、员工因素对收购公司在收购公告期间的异常收益的影响、股价崩盘风险与公司所有权结构、中国A股市场公司股权结构和股价同步性研究等。

With the help of modern financial economic theory and econometric tools, "Research on Several Issues in the Governance of Chinese Listed Companies" conducts empirical research on eight key and hot issues, including how to effectively motivate company managers, how to arrange the board structure to improve the company's performance, and how the corporate governance structure affects the company's stock risk and stock price information transmission efficiency, and puts forward its own views and suggestions.
