2019年5月7日，延安向世界宣告脱贫了！这一卓著功绩是延安坚持以脱贫攻坚统揽全市经济社会发展大局、贯彻落实习近平“发挥两个明显优势”“破解一个明显制约”指示精神取得的。如今的延安拥有常住人口226万，全市GDP达1558.91亿元，人均可支配收入为22357元。延安实现了从基本温饱向告别绝对贫困、走向富裕的历史性跨越。
延安这片革命圣地，曾经黄沙漫天、荒凉贫瘠，多次被联合国教科文组织称为“不适宜人类居住的地方”。那么，延安究竟是怎样实现成功脱贫的呢？
《中国脱贫攻坚调研报告：延安篇》认为，在延安精神的照耀下，延安将中国特色扶贫开发道路成功付诸实践，在中华大地上演绎出了奋力向上的脱贫攻坚伟大奇迹。
延安减贫经历了四个阶段。延安经历了1935—1949年中共中央落脚延安时期的减贫实践，1949—1978年新中国成立初期的减贫实践，1978—2012年改革开放以来的减贫实践，以及2012年至今新时代以来的精准脱贫实践四个阶段。
延安减贫交上六份答卷。延安在解决区域贫困、增强经济实力、改善基础设施、提升脱贫能力、实现整体蜕变、提高可持续发展能力六个方面，交上了让人民满意的答卷。
延安扶贫有七个举措。包括：扶贫组织工作有力、精准扶贫扎实推进、扶贫资金有效融合、产业扶贫全面开花、生态扶贫绿山富民、社会扶贫凝聚合力、精神扶贫拔掉穷根。
延安区县市脱贫各有妙招。延安在成功脱贫的过程中，2区1市10县，每个地方都有自己的特色，每个地区都形成了自己独特的脱贫妙招。
延安脱贫具有重要的意义。延安的脱贫是中国减贫事业取得历史性成就的一个缩影，是中国精准脱贫的一个缩影，是中国绿色脱贫的一个缩影，也是中国革命老区可持续脱贫的一个缩影。延安的脱贫实践，为世界各国减贫提供了一个优秀范例，为推进构建人类命运共同体书写了光辉一页。
On May 7, 2019, Yan'an announced to the world that it had been lifted out of poverty! This remarkable feat was achieved by Yan'an's adherence to poverty eradication as the overarching theme of the city's economic and social development, and the implementation of Xi Jinping's instructions to “give play to two obvious advantages” and “crack one obvious constraint”. Today, Yan'an has a resident population of 2.26 million, a GDP of 155.891 billion yuan, and a per capita disposable income of 22,357 yuan. Yan'an has realized a historic leap from basic subsistence to bid farewell to absolute poverty and move towards affluence.
Yan'an, the holy land of the revolution, was once covered with yellow sand, desolate and barren, and has been repeatedly called “unfit for human habitation” by UNESCO. So, how did Yan'an realize the success of poverty alleviation?
According to the Research Report on China's Poverty Alleviation: Yan'an, under the light of the Yan'an Spirit, Yan'an has successfully put into practice the road of poverty alleviation and development with Chinese characteristics, and performed a great miracle of poverty alleviation on the land of China with upward mobility.
Yan'an poverty reduction has experienced four stages. Yan'an has experienced four phases: poverty alleviation during the period of 1935-1949 when the CPC Central Committee settled in Yan'an; poverty alleviation during the early stage of the founding of New China from 1949 to 1978; poverty alleviation since the reform and opening up from 1978 to 2012; and poverty alleviation since the new era of 2012 to present. Yan'an's poverty reduction has delivered six answers. Yan'an has handed in an answer sheet that satisfies the people in six aspects: solving regional poverty, strengthening economic strength, improving infrastructure, upgrading the ability to lift people out of poverty, realizing overall transformation, and improving the ability for sustainable development.
There are seven initiatives for poverty alleviation in Yan'an. Including: strong organization of poverty alleviation, accurate poverty alleviation and solid advancement, effective integration of poverty alleviation funds, industrial poverty alleviation in full bloom, ecological poverty alleviation, green mountains and rich people, social poverty alleviation and cohesion, and spiritual poverty alleviation and uprooting of poor roots.
Yan'an districts, counties and cities have their own wonderful ways to get rid of poverty. Yan'an in the process of successful poverty alleviation, 2 districts, 1 city and 10 counties, each place has its own characteristics, each region has formed its own unique poverty alleviation tricks.
Yan'an's poverty eradication is of great significance. Yan'an's poverty alleviation is a microcosm of China's historic achievement in poverty alleviation, a microcosm of China's precise poverty alleviation, a microcosm of China's green poverty alleviation, and a microcosm of China's sustainable poverty alleviation in old revolutionary areas. Yan'an's poverty alleviation practice provides an excellent example for poverty alleviation in the world and writes a glorious page for promoting the building of a community of human destiny.
