本书在综述国内外有关挫折及挫折教育理论和实践成果的基础上,对思想政治教育、挫折、挫商、情商、大学生挫折教育等相关概念给予界定,阐述了大学生挫折教育、心理健康教育和思想政治教育之间的关系。结合大学生的心理发展规律和成长需要,依据实证研究,紧密贴近大学生实际生活,设计了富有亲和力、感染力和吸引力的大学生挫折教育主要内容;提出了兼具针对性、 多样性和实效性的大学生挫折教育方法,在此基础上,构建了思想政治教育视域下大学生挫折教育模式(U FEM),这一模式创新了大学生挫折教育的方法,旨在实现发挥思想政治教育正能童、提升大学生抗挫折能力的教育目标。
