思想政治教育视域下大学生挫折教育研究

本书在综述国内外有关挫折及挫折教育理论和实践成果的基础上，对思想政治教育、挫折、挫商、情商、大学生挫折教育等相关概念给予界定，阐述了大学生挫折教育、心理健康教育和思想政治教育之间的关系。结合大学生的心理发展规律和成长需要，依据实证研究，紧密贴近大学生实际生活，设计了富有亲和力、感染力和吸引力的大学生挫折教育主要内容；提出了兼具针对性、多样性和实效性的大学生挫折教育方法，在此基础上，构建了思想政治教育视域下大学生挫折教育模式（U FEM），这一模式创新了大学生挫折教育的方法，旨在实现发挥思想政治教育正能童、提升大学生抗挫折能力的教育目标。

方鸿志:（著）

方鸿志，女，满族，1965年12月出生，辽宁锦州人，教授，博士，中共党员，现任渤海大学副校长。1988年7月毕业于锦州师范学院中文系，获文学学士学位。1996年毕业于大连理工大学马克思主义学院思想政治教育专业，获法学硕士学位。2008年毕业于东北大学文法学院，获哲学博士学位。1998年晋升为副教授，2006年晋升为教授。担任国家社会科学基金项目主持人，全国高级就业指导师，辽宁省中青年决策咨询专家，辽宁省大学生心理健康教育研究基地负责人，渤海大学思想政治教育专业学科带头人。主要研究方向为思想政治教育、思想政治教育与心理健康教育。主持、参与完成国家及省部级科研项目二十余项，曾编著、参编《高校思想政治工作研究》《大学生思想政治教育案例评析及对策》《高校思想政治教育教学管理创新研究》《成功心理学》《心灵七彩虹》等专著、教材十余部。发表学术论文数十篇。获奖成果二十余项，其中主要成果为全国优质教育成果（专著）一等奖一项，辽宁省政府哲学社会科学成果二等奖三项，锦州市哲学社会科学优秀成果一等奖两项、二等奖一项、三等奖一项，辽宁省教育厅教育科学优秀成果奖一项。曾多次被教育部、中共辽宁省委高校工委、辽宁省教育厅、共青团辽宁省委员会等部门授予思想政治教育先进工作者等荣誉称号。被评为辽宁省优秀硕士学位论文指导教师。
