On the basis of reviewing the theoretical and practical achievements of setbacks and setbacks education at home and abroad, this book defines the relevant concepts of ideological and political education, frustration, frustration quotient, emotional intelligence, and frustration education for college students, and expounds the relationship between frustration education, mental health education and ideological and political education for college students.
